Mike Winterfield

Mike has spent the last decade in a variety of executive roles helping companies from $6M to $300M achieve scale by building high performing teams with a commitment to core values. Whether it was turnarounds and pivots or sustaining success and innovation, high growth was achieved through navigating constant change. Leveraging 20 years in the tech industry with services companies and specializing in enterprise sales, Mike led the successful launch of a new SaaS product with $3.5M in presales. This gave him a taste of the entrepreneur’s life he had always coveted.

Now a dedicated follower, spokesperson and leader of the socially conscious concept of using business as a force for good, Mike is the CEO and founder of Active Impact Investments. He exclusively spends his time supporting social ventures by angel investing, consulting, advising and volunteering as a mentor. At the same time, Mike is raising an impact fund so that he can enlist the help of others.

In his personal life, Mike is drawn to the outdoors and new adventures and similar to his work persona, he loves to tackle new things that people describe as difficult or impossible. Challenging treks, dives, drops, marathons, triathlons, adventure races and traveling vast amounts of the globe have been crossed off the bucket list. However, with a wife and three young children, the impossible adventure has recently become simply getting out of the house.

Scott Williams

Global Sales Executive successful at providing the vision, strategy, and leadership required to grow a sales organization. Most recently acting as the Senior Vice President of an early entry SaaS software provider responsible for the overall Sales and Marketing process, team, and strategy development.

Previously as the sales leader of a SaaS company, built the sales organization from scratch into a multi-million-dollar organization through to its acquisition by a premier NY based Private Equity firm.

Negotiated small to multi-million dollar transactions with a variety of companies including numerous Fortune 1000 entities, government entities and household names across a variety of industries including manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, information technology, energy and pharma.

Identified, hired, trained and mentored sales personnel to achieve a predictable revenue stream.

Carter Wigell

Carter started his career at Salesforce.com in early 2001. One of only about 100 employees, he learned under Marc Benioff, Founder of Salesforce.com and evangelist of Cloud Computing. After almost 10 years at Salesforce.com, Carter went on to found and build CloudTrigger, a cloud solution consultancy focused on helping organizations implement and customize CRM solutions in the cloud. Carter then sold CloudTrigger to Cloud Sherpas (one of the world’s leading cloud brokerages) in 2012. In 2015 Cloud Sherpas was acquired by Accenture.

After 15 years in management consulting and cloud computing and two acquisitions, Carter made his career-long dream come true, becoming CEO of Ideator. Carter is passionate about helping foster innovation and entrepreneurship
